One simple way to add variety to your goods wagon fleet is to build some from the many kits on offer. To do so will also add some fun and satisfaction into to your modelling activities. This kit from Peco builds into a 15ft wheelbase grain hopper wagon of the type introduced in 1965. These were mainly used to carry barley from the south to Scotland for use in distilleries. In common with the other Peco N gauge wagon kits, everything is included except glue, paint and transfers. The body is one-piece, as is the chassis block, making for quick assembly for which instructions are included. A suitable glue for construction is DLAD-24 Plastic Magic. For paint choose one of the many authentic rail colours from Railmatch to suit your chosen prototype. Finish off with transfers from the range by Woodland Scenics.
