Mr.Dissolved Putty is a highly effective liquid sealant putty with even better viscosity than Mr.Surfacer 500.This product makes sealing rough sections of plastic models incredibly easy. Use Mr.Surfacer 500 for surface work and the Mr.Dissolved Putty to smooth rough edges and sections.
This is a putty that is ideally used as a filler for modellers working with styrene-based models. The solution is a creamy-based liquid that is ideal for filling in gaps and imperfections encountered during the build process. The putty can be applied in a number of ways, including by brush, spatula and toothpick. To thoroughly cure the solution should be allowed to set overnight. Once fully cured it can easily be sanded or shaped with a hobby knife and is also thoroughly compatible with primers and surfacers. The solution is lacquer-based and as such should only be used in a well-ventilated space to avoid the build-up of hazardous fumes. All tools used to apply the solution can be cleaned up on completion by the use of a suitable lacquer-based thinner.
