Face Mask respirator

The Face Mask Respirator by Expotools is designed specifically for use by Modellers and other hobbyists.  The mask has an adjustable head strap and a replaceable air filter.  This makes it particularly useful for a number of different environments where fine particulate matter is present in the air.  Airbrushes atomise their paints, thus producing very fine droplets.  Not all of these droplets will settle on the model and any residual 'overspray' will be present in the air where it can present a hazard if inhaled.  Similarly, when sanding plastic or resin, very fine particulate matter can be present in the air and this can be hazardous if inhaled.  Some modelling adhesives have a pungent odour which can cause irritation to the airways.  In each of these instances, the use of a respirator can help protect the modeller from the hazardous effects of substances that are regularly used in model making.
