Plastic kit of an Occupation / Farm Crossing, in OO gauge by Ratio

This type of unmanned level crossing is used where a railway crosses a landowner's road or track. These simple hand operated gates are closed to road traffic after use, unlike public level crossings where the 'normal' position favours the road users.

Features of this kit includes:

• Wood effect crossing deck and ramps
• Centre footboard (for single or double-track layouts)
• Separate stile for pedestrians
• Crossing notice board
• Crossing lamps (dummies)
• Working hinges for crossing gates

The set is supplied as a plastic kit that requires assembly. The parts are pre-coloured with white gates and brown wood-effect crossing decks, but painting is required for the finer details (paint and glue not supplied).

The completed model has a footprint of approximately 90mm x 90mm (for a single-track configuration).
