This plastic kit constructs a modern style shop with a flat or living accommodation above. The kit comprises plastic parts that require assembly and painting (glue and paints not supplied). The kit comes complete with glazing and a choice of decals to depict either a family butchers or a bakers & confectioner. If you are prepared to make your own signage, the model would also make for a convincing newsagents, chip shop or takeaway.

Detailed instructions are included to help with the build and the completed model measures 75mm across the front, 95mm deep and has a height of 84mm.
