Building sites and housing projects are an everyday part of the landscape. This set by Gaugemaster is part of their Fordhampton range and allows modellers to add either a housing development (using multiple kits) or a single family home under construction to their layout or diorama.

The set comprises a 161-part plastic kit that requires assembly. All parts are pre-coloured for convenience. The set also includes a selection of typical building site accessories to set the scene.
