HO Ticket check point

Many stations have a ticket barrier or check point at the entrance to the platforms to facilitating the speedy boarding of trains and leave the booking hall freed up for passengers needing to buy tickets. This model by Auhagen is a representation of the type of ticket barrier with an enclosed booth to keep the ticket inspector sheltered during bad weather. The model depicts a wooden structure with features such as drain pipes, glazing and moulded wood planks on the hut's sides. A bench and platform fencing is included as well as a bag of scatter to represent a small floral display.

The model comes as a plastic kit that requires assembly (instructions are included to help with the build). The parts are pre-coloured for convenience, but can be painted further or weathered to suit (paint and glue not included).

Measurements: The completed model has a footprint of 46mm x 25mm and a height of 32mm. The fencing is supplied in three lengths each measuring 90mm long.
