Standard colours of Polish locomotives from mid-1960s till early 2000s
Polish State Railways (PKP) from mid-1960s till early 2000s painted majority of its locomotives (diesel and electric), including ET21 "Telewizor", ST43 "Rumun", ET22 "Byk", EU06 "Anglik", EU07 / EP07 "Siódemka" and ET41 "Bolek & Lolek" in dark green / mint green livery.
During 1960s-1980s significant differences between colours of particular locs existed, enhanced by paint tendency to weather rapidly due to low quality. Nowadays Moss Green and Light Green (the latter with strong fading tendency towards Pastel Green) are regarded as the most accurate colours for that period.
From 1988 till 2002 front sections of all locomotives were painted in yellow.
