Circus Chimpanzee Act (7) Figure Set

This is a hand-painted plastic figure set consisting of 7 individual figures. Five of the figures are chimpanzees in a variety of active standing poses, the final two figures are two adult female handlers who are suitably dressed in the manner of circus performers with tops and short skirts and bows in their hair. One of the handlers is carrying a chimpanzee in one arm whilst waving to the crowd with the other. The other handler is posed in readiness to pick up one of the chimpanzees who is waving for attention whilst his playmate looks on. Two of the animals are posed on either end of a swing, clearly enjoying themselves whilst the final member of their troupe is cheering them on. This set clearly lends itself very well for a modeller looking to create an entertainment theme in a Circus environment.
