Shunting Starter Pack

This is the Shunting Starter Pack from Hornby's Basset Lowke range. It is a selection of track, points and a controller, packaged to complement their steam punk range but it also makes an attractive starter set for traditional modellers on the path to a small 00 gauge shunting diorama.

In the box, you will find a standard Hornby analogue train controller with bi-directional control and speed regulator complete with AC adaptor specifically designed to provide power to the controller.
The trackwork comprises a set of four double-straight track sections, two standard left-hand turnouts, one section of straight track and one power track.
Instructions are also included to help you set up the controller.

What gauge is this controller for? This controller is suitable for supplying the power needed to operate analogue (DC) model railway locomotives, it is compatible with the following gauges: OO gauge, N gauge, OO9 gauge and ON30 gauge. The controller will also operate any DCC ready locomotives, not to be confused with DCC fitted models which require an appropriate DCC controller.
