Humorous Action Set: Wheel Clamped Piaggio

HO 'Clamped' set from Busch. This particular 'scene of woe' is one that many of us may be familiar with. The focus for the set is a small 'Piaggio Ape' three-wheeler van that has had the unfortunate distinction of being clamped by a worrying enthusiastic pair of Clamping Operatives. As such it is already sporting a bright yellow clamp on one of its rear wheels. The two Operatives are both in smart matching uniforms of dark blue work overalls and boots with tool belts. The male operative is taking a picture via a mobile phone or camera for the records whilst his female colleague is busy making an entry on her datapad.
