There is glue specifically designed for gluing photo etched parts, but this is basically a strong super glue (cyanoacrylate glue).
Depending on what it is you are gluing, a good superglue will suffice in most cases.
Some people even use PVA glue if the part is not going to be touched very much.
Always use the glue sparingly and apply with a toothpick or thin piece of wire as this will give you greater precision. You need just enough to glue but no more.
